Herding 40 people into a raid requires no better social skills than a smaller raid. Many of the 40 are probably faceless players you don’t talk to and are only warm bodies. I would argue a smaller raid requires more since players are more responsible for their actions.

This is why every guild should have a minimum of 5 40 man raid groups

No, but keeping them from breaking out into drama clique fests does.
Plenty of psychology studies done on how group sizes impact their ability to stay cohesive.

I have two brothers on alliance i know ur alliance mostly suck too, certainly extremely weak in WSG considering the p server player %.
Incendius very over hyped. Especially for horde side their players are non existant

And this is why I recommended Herod. Why faction switch when you can become part of a tight niched conglomerate community where all the major guilds work together to achieve the impossible against all odds. One thing I’ll say about Herod, it is stable and consistent, not swayed by hype.

that has always been a last resort. my server in retail was dead from TBC-MOP. they finally!! did a merge in patch 5.4 which had been badly needed for like 7 years
i never believed in paying to transfer, not my fault the server died

It’s a PvP server, not storming the beaches at Normandy.
Pretty much this, I have learned over time its best to communicate with other guilds on your server to coordinate and help (headhunt) from each other to fill slots.
I saw Nax guilds implode during vanilla and watched other guilds gobble up whatever was around because of stuff like x guild can’t field a full 40
