One great way to find roleplay engagement (aside from randomly walking around looking for it) is to attend one of the many regular public RP events. Many are listed on the forums here. But off the top of my head, a few include:

the GNews at Gnine… a nightly news broadcast done town crier style in Lion’s Rest park, Stormwind (mage quarter side by the fountain/apple tree). Every night at 9-9:30 p realm time, people IC gather to listen to news stories of RP happenings around the Stormwind area, advertisements for guilds and events, nightly cooking segment, etc.

Stormwind Weekly Market… every Monday 7:30 - 9:30 p at the Stormwind Harbor Overlook (outside Cathedral Square, just past the transmog heading towards the harbor). RP vendors and entertainers set up an open-air market and tons of people RP shopping and enjoying a farmer’s market style atmosphere.

Stormwind Job Fair… 3rd Sunday of every month at 8p, same location at the Stormwind Weekly Market above. Reps from RP organizations/vendors/guilds set up job fair booths and RPers looking to find a guild (in an in-character way) can browse around and see who is hiring/recruiting.
There are also special public RP events held often (you can see them here on the forums or at the Moonguard and Wyrmrest Accord Events discord (https:// discord.gg/NJPsBwdbhq) < no spaces.
