Howdy!

I would recommend to check the following options:

  1. While in game press “Esc” → Interface → Mouse.
    First try to increase check: Enable Mouse Sensitivity → Increase your Mouse Sensitivity to high. Retest
    If the issue gets worse or doesn’t help then uncheck Enable Mouse Sensitivity

  2. Disable Max Foreground FPS

  1. Open the System menu
  2. Click Advanced in the list on the left
  3. Uncheck the box next to Max Foreground FPS

If you need to still limit your FPS try enable Vertical Sync by pressing “Esc” → System → Graphics.

  1. Try using the chat command: /script SetCVar(“rawMouseEnable”, 1);
