Slow Building an RBG team

Does anyone have good strategies for building an RBG with a solid foundation over time? We’ve got about 5/6 guildies interested but we all do different things, and we’re not constantly on.

My first step is going to be to pick a dedicated night for RBGs, but should I also create a Community, run by our guild, but accepting of non-guildies?

Any help is appreciated.

We are always recruiting more RBG Leaders for our growing numbers, especially those whom are capable of leading 2k+ XP groups. If you are unable to lead that high, we are still recruiting leaders regardless

Having a solid group of like-minded friends is a good start. Either in a community or just on your friends list. I was invited to a rag-tag rbg team of friends, most of who I just random bg with. We’re not meta but we’re killing it but mainly we’re just having fun.
