Trolls like to hide. 
When bosses die so quick that they don’t get to cast all of their abilities, that is a problem. It feels like we are not scaled down; like we’re 20 levels above where we should be.
It says in blizz’s post:
Minimum Level: Players level 35 and above are eligible to participate.
Is this for raid or LFG. Can’t even find a pre-made group before level 50. Unless you spam LFG or Trade chat.

From this official link, it does appear that 35 is the minimum level for entry into timewalking FL.
I cant even enter on my 54 (LFG) but could prob get declined form a bunch or raids.
This should become a permanent feature with weekly rotations through the different expansions.
