People don’t want humans in game flirting they get enough of that irl.
then we can drop the entire MMORPG basis of the game and shift WoW entirely to chat rooms and instanced content without a single complaint right?
Like this is a game that is supposed to have role playing elements. RP is like literally interacting with people’s fake personas with a fake persona of your own. the /flirts and the /lick and the /pat is just going to happen no matter what as long as it is possible in the game itself. People are social creatures and if you give them a chance to interact in a ‘safe (for them) way’ you are going to get a wonderful mix of trolling, harassing, amazing mutually beneficial interaction. Entirely gutting the role playing experience and turning the game into a instance only generator that bans talking/communicating for everybody is the only way to satisfy complaints like this.
