SL ruined for casuals to appease hardcore community

This depends on a variety of factors. How much a person is playing and what one considers “hardcore content”.

This is not the misinformation you were pushing.

You offer 0 arguments to anyone. You’re just trolling.

You just declare things to be false and move on. At this point I have to say you’re a troll elitist. So I’m just gonna throw you on ignore along with the others who have made the elitist circle. Congratulations. Go worship at the alter of Ion and Limit.

I can’t offer arguments because you don’t offer specifics. I can’t argue against vague words.

And I did offer specific counter points.

You stated that all content that is not hardcore becomes obsolute.

M+5 is not hardcore. It offers what you consider to be “hardcore rewards”. So how is M+5 obsolete?

I fully expect people that are not intending to have an actual conversation to throw me on ignore.

You want to say X or Y and have no one disagree with you, despite being wrong or not offering any argument yourself.

Once anyone disagrees…you ignore them. Or play the victim.

Grow up.

TLDR:

  1. The OP completely missed the mark.
  2. Her complaints are not with the “harcore” community, but are with Blizzard’s weak attempts to fix real issues with the game.

It was.

No one said that having nothing to do was the result of over-gearing.

This was a correct assessment of the situation.

No one should feel pressured to do content they don’t want to do.

Again, a correct assessment of the situation.

Correct.

Also a correct complaint.

Yep.

No one was saying this.

Yes, and this was (again) a legitimate complaint.

This isn’t World of Chorecraft.

No one was saying this.

This exactly, the community divided and corrupted itself over the years. If the raid community wants to see itself grow it has to start working to make itself grow. If it thinks it can demand Blizz remove LFR on the hope it will cause everyone to jump up to normal, it won’t work. Raiders have to start making the effort to get more people into raiding.

The casuals also have to realize not everyone in the raid community is an elitist, and also, if they want to raid, put the effort in.

Mythic plus players, the same applies, they have to be willing to encourage more people to try it, not the tired old “make your own group” mantra. That only works to an extent, but eventually those players will hit a wall and most likely just up and leave.

Yea, you did it.

Why did you necro this 3 month old should have stayed dead thread?

My guess. They will add something like Legion invasions, or assaults eventually as a catch up mechanic. Probably normal to heroic dungeon, maybe covenant(whatever its called) item level quality gear for the folks who prefer non instanced content. Seeing how wq’s in this expansion are pretty much worthless, and dull outside of the world boss type one. Doubt you will see it though until much later in the year, or this time next year. just my opinion anyhow. They will just be called Mawsworn assaults, invasions, etc.

Ah let me guess a M0 is hardcore content right?

Seaisleice gave an amazing analysis of the issues (such as lower-level content being made faster and less rewarding to streamline all players into higher level content to make development more efficient) with specific reasoning and you called it “misinformation”.

Some things are so obvious that the game itself should be proof enough, if you are actually playing it and are aware of how it has evolved!

You also said in another post that my claims that Mythic Plus is not accessible were “misinformation”. Granted, accessibility is a subjective matter and you might find Mythic Plus accessible, but you can’t really say in good faith that my claims were misinformation. You at least have to admit that Mythic Plus is less accessible than random Heroic dungeons or LFR, and might not be accessible at all to some players.

Any facts that go against your elitist agenda must be misinformation. Either that or you are trolling us.

Oh boy
Another “I want one because he has one not because I earned it, it’s not fair.”

There’s no point in adding such things since the item level gap will be even bigger if they don’t buff the base rewards in general.

Not like mythic raid gear ilvl but you get the idea. I suspect the ilvl will jump from 226 to probably 250+ on the next raid… and the next raid LFR will be giving what? ilvl 200-207? normal nathria when there’s 250+ already…
