The existence of echo of the elements means nothing else will be used in SL. Needs to be made baseline.
Another nearly dead row. MotE is the only viable choice going into SL right now. SE will be bad. LMT hasnt been worth using in years.
As of right now Surge of Power is the best in SL by a huge amount. Granted, many people are expecting it to be nerfed because its that good.
UP is worthless in SL
SK will be the go to, ASC might be ok when coupled with Spirit Walkers Grace.
If SL was to go live as is, its setting us up for basically 1 build.
