A lack of empathy IMO and making fun of disabled is seen as acceptable. But this is why we speak out even for those of us that are not burdened with a disability.

The fact that no areas exist where you need to use skyriding is relevant actually. It undermines any point at all, because there’s no ableism or mistreatment of disabled players, they can play through the whole expansion and get it themselves.

A big reason why players play different is because each person has different needs. Good post by the way.
Doesn’t matter if you agree with the topic or not: posting duplicate threads is pretty explicitly against the rules.

I guess it’s kinda spam but he has a legitimate point, Skyriding is trash especially for disabled people, and wanted to make it till someone payed attention. Seems like it worked.

Same people on wanted to keep this topic alive and well no matter what. The same were praying for mass exodus to prove their point but unfortunately for them, the mass exodus is not happening.

it happens every time. Ive mentioned it numerous times to higher powers…that its getting quite tiresome at this point.
Seems like an actionable offense, personally.
We dont allow attacks and derision of other folks who are born in certain ways, but I guess in here attacking and insulting and demeaning disabled players is the one way they can get away with it.

Don’t use it then. He didn’t have a legitimate point when the thread was made. In Dragonflight? Sure. The War Within? There’s actually no point, steady flight is available without any need for using skyriding and on day 1.

Then why does Blizzard sell Tokens, level boosts, a $90 QoL mount and allow carries and account-unlocked skips, and include a pajama onesie in the Trading Post? Why is there a Dungeon Finder? The immersion in this game has evaporated. It’s so strange for Blizzard to apply the rationale behind immersion to Skyriding but not apply it in so many other regards. Of course we play the game their way, but their way is also of course subject to critique.

If he had only stuck to one thread, it wouldn’t have been flagged.
That being said, it’s entirely possible to complete the full leveling campaign and unlock slow flying 100% grounded, so the way OP phrased it is a bit disingenuous.

You can, actually. The entire campaign is doable without flying not provided by an NPC service.

You are just making excuses and projecting how you would approach the coreway. Do not assume for everyone that it is easy for you do something like this.
It is like me assuming that a mouseover macro for Rogue Blind is easy to use and utilize in PVP and that is easy for anyone to do. Most people do not even know how to make a mouseover macro lets end that shenanigans right there.
