I didn’t watch the video, but based on the comments it seems that they themselves seem to fluctuate between the two.

Imo the hardest specs to play in the game rotationally speaking are outlaw rogue and enh shaman, and the highest skill cap in the game would be mage.

Bro, no way. Surv is way harder with tip of the spear juggling. It has alot of self buff fluctuations.
