Skill bars wiped after logging out

I just boosted a fresh toon and every time I logout and back in, all my skill bars are wiped (no addons).

I found a handful of posts on the forums where others say similar, but I can’t find any kind of acknowledgement/status from Blizz about it?

But in the meantime… does anybody know any kind of short-term workaround / fix to it?

All you can do is re-add them for now. There’s a blue post about it floating around but it won’t give many answers.

You need to get to level 10 I believe (that’s when it stops resetting according to another post) before logging out. That’s when the resetting should stop.

We have a couple of known issues with Action Bars that we’re working to quickly fix.

• For some players, upon login, action bars 2-8 are unintentionally disabled on all characters. Players in this state will have to manually re-enable any of your extra action bars through Options > Gameplay > Action Bars. Pre-existing keybinds and spells should display with the re-enabled action bars.
• New characters’ (level 10 and below) spells on the Action Bars may not save on logout. The same issue may cause some existing characters to have all spells wiped from their Action Bar on logout if they do not create a new loadout.

We intend to fix these issues as soon as possible.

Possible workaround by a player:

After setting your talents and putting your spells into your action Bars open your talent panel and create a new “Loadout” at the bottom left. This will keep your spells in the bars. This is just a workaround because it really shouldn’t be doing this but Blizzard is currently working to resolve the issue. I can attest that this has worked for a few people I know… Good Luck!

well my toon is a boosted level 70 and it’s doing it on that

I had to re-activate my action bars #2 and up on every character, but they seem to be staying with me on new logins.

Ive been leveling a old character and randomly had this happen after logging out. All my abilities are off my bar after checking something on another character. Pretty dumb.
