Is he a Dread Lord? I believe it’s said that he created the Venthyr but non of the Venthry look remotely like him but more like humanoid zombie/barracudas.
If he is dread lord does that mean that Jailer had a deeper hand in the events of WoW than we know??
We have yet to see the Nathrezim really explored. It also seems like they existed on a planet, as I believe the portal boss in Antorus references their home world, which would suggest they aren’t of the shadowlands.
Suffice to say it’s a possibility, but we cannot confirm anything.
