You literally said WoL abandoned everyone multiple times lol.
The video literally said the opposite of what you have been saying, rofl.
Also, I’m not the one that makes FF14 threads, even though I enjoy the game. The people that, at least claim to not like it, are the one’s that make the vast majority of the threads lol.
People have their own opinion. If they like the story they like the story. I don’t believe they have to defend it if they like it. Unless if they’re in some sort of internet debate.
And you said that the “WoL never left his friends behind to fight for him”. Literally, you lying, as quoted. You can keep repeating like a parrot that I said XYZ without any quotes because you know what I said and quotes would disprove you…
The reason i’m the one quoting yours LIES and you’re deflecting is because you know you’re LYING.
Leaving his friends behind because they asked to, is still leaving their friends behind.
You’re just so intellectual dishonest it’s a whole new level, that is only possible to see in FFXIV fanatical fans, so I’m not even surprised. Shameless.
There’s some truth to this, but for me in the good sense. The novel feeling of a book is very enticing, though some days I think: I’d rather finish reading my real book.
I also play both games so get the best of both worlds. I can go kick butt in WoW on those days.
However, WoW feels more like the chore. If padding their game mechanics for time metrics wasn’t so obvious. I don’t even notice how long I play on FF because I’m having so much fun. I actually like looking things up rather than spending a ton of time learning to use a bunch of add-on’s, youtube video’s, and wowhead to even get in a guild nowadays, let alone play! Forget dungeons in WoW - FF I can do any I want everyday without fear.
Just wanted to make sure most of your intent was expressed here ^ I will admit I was a bit shocked and still am on some of it, and do avert my eyes. Like, really? Here? In a game? (I’m not talking necessarily about the female) - but I honestly don’t think the female is sexualized - she has choices. Much different than fruit bowls and changing major NPC’s outfits and avatars limited, covered up, outfits.
Speaking of which the transmog is better in WoW, but that’s all I can think of that is better.
WoL literally let his friends behind, as they ask him to do, so they could fight the lguards that were pursuing him through the sewer, with no opposition ahead (the reason why WoL and Alphinaud manage to scape).
The same WoL that had the power to defeat the ULTIMATE WEAPON even without the blessing of the crystal, and also an Ascian in the very sequence. The WoL let his friends (that the game portrait as the very reason he did everything in the first place) to die (as we had no way to know they would not die at that point) to “defend him” of guards pursuing him.
This is just as bad as bad can be. I know it. You know it. Everyone knows it.
Yeah, that is true, I’m remembering when I played the game the options were very cool but I don’t think i was able to switch it though.
Yeah, I’d much rather read a real book than play a visual novel. I don’t mind FFXIV having a lot of dialogue but it’s just annoying being unable to skip through it.
WoW to me feels like a chore sometimes, but I still have a lot of fun. I want to have fun in FFXIV but I can’t, not when I am forced to read the endless dialogue and being unable to play a class I don’t like because it’s only locked to tank. Or playing human races but dressed up in different ears.
Your own video says something completely different. Did you even watch the video lol? Clearly you just don’t understand the nuances of leaving someone behind vs being told by the people you are leaving behind to leave them behind lol.
At 37:00 happens with Minfilia, the last one. WoL literally leaves her behind.
You’re trolling at this point, clearly. FFXIV “great community” showing what they really are in WoW forum. A bunch of fanatical intellectual dishonest people that are shameless and lie all the time.
Yeah, totally get it’s not for everyone. First time someone said that last line of your’s I thought, what?? No. But, yeah, I gotta admit I see what you’re saying. Just think there’s so much to offer in getting to play dress-up I don’t notice, and the races do seem distinct to me, so … yeah, just different for all of us.
The fact that Minfilia ASKED him to leave does not mean he did not leave her behind. The great WoL who defeated the Ultima Weapon and an Ascian without the blessing of the Crystal, left his friends behind (was told to do, ok, not saying otherwise) to die (since there was no way to know they would not to).
I did want to love FFXIV, and I did try. The game was refreshing; I liked seeing all the options to dress up with and look cool. And even some of the classes, like Bard. I used to play music in the city hub which was fun. But yeah, overall, the game isn’t for me. It seems like the player base focuses more on RP than content I believe. Not to mention, they had a raid based on one of my favorite games of all time, which was cool to see. But again, the game isn’t fo rme.
