Silver covenant faction as an alliance allied race topic

High Elves. Yes.

I know you’ve said it several times.

Thats why its a spam thread.

There are several about high elves and blood elves and void elves.

SC is high elves.

So again. This thread is about High Elves and is a spam thread.

You can circle the drain all you want but thats what this is.

So are you suddenly Venom? Personally I would’ve went with Sylvar, or some like Old god/Sha customizations for Void Elves (really dig into the Void infused differentiating factor), barring that maybe some covenant based SL race customizations for covenant members since I don’t see SL races being a thing…

That is funny considering the Horde would be the under populated faction now if the pretty blood elves(who were originally Alliance) were not added to them.

Imagine caring about the other faction getting blond hair

Void elves use soothing, calming voices.

That could be accomplished with a hair colour. It doesn’t need a whole race slot.

I have to admit, I been a supporter for Alliance High Elves since back in Vanilla, I know it’s a very touchy subject, but as a fan since the RTS, when WC2 introduced Alliance being a coalition of different races I was in love…

We had Gnomes, Dwarves, Elves and ofcourse Humans all fighting together.

I still think Void Elves, while great to few was a huge miss on Blizzards part to truely make the Alliance complete. I still think High Elves can be added to the Alliance through the Allied Race System and with Exiles Reach.

My biggest disappointment was High Elves, Especially Silver Covenant just got pushed into certain customisations and basically you have to play dress up and pretend… Same to say with Wildhammer Dwarves…

No matter what the people say you’ll always be a Blood/Void Elf in cosplay…

I just need to say when a Race has been requested for what, 16 years now, in all forums, NA, EU, Reddit and MMO-Champ, sometimes I think why doesn’t Blizzard just listen to its customers.

My solution, Blizzard scraps the Allied Race System and adds a sub race system, so when creating your character you select Elf then you’ll have the option for Night Elf, Void Elf and High Elf. Will tidy up the character create screen too.

In short, I support High Elves, I support all new races be new or reskin, I’ve never heard of a game having too much choice in Race, Class, Customisations ever be a bad thing.

If you could basically play as Alleria, would that still not be close enough? Despite being a void elf, she’s pretty much a high elf with void powers, which a player void elf can be with the right options. All we lack that she has is a hair style/colour, and those sweet tattoos.

If playable Alleria wouldn’t do it for you, what is it about high elves specifically you want that an Alleria-style void elf doesn’t have?

If it’s the history, void elves allow for that via the High Elf Wayfarers as backstory.

Why Alleria? Why not Veressa leading the charge for High Elves?

In WC2 High Elf Rangers were sporting the tattoos. Yet Alleria seems to be the only one in WoW.

Which are high elves.

This is a high elf thread.

Please return to the other currently operating threads and abandon this spam.

Seems to be what you want… Not seeing a great deal of support here.

I just meant that Alleria is a high elf in all but name, and the fact that she has void form.

I can actually look closer to Vereesa than I can to Alleria. In that case all I lack is the hair. She even uses the player model. I can even wear her entire outfit, though I have to be a rogue to do it.

I want these for void elves and blood elves so bad.

A hood that doesn’t make you go bald would be nice as well. :sob:

It would be close enough for me. Let me make a void elf with red hair and fair skin and then you can have all the void options you want.

What if that was promised after the void stuff instead?

Just curious, I doubt that’s how it would go.

I mean, I’m willing to wait.

Fair.

“Can void elves have fair hair colors as a customization option” might be the single most reasonable request ever put on these forums.

you cite wc2 and claim to be a high elf fan. yet you obviously pretend the events of wc3 never happened and so ofc cant understand why the high/blood elves werent an alliance core race over night elves in vanilla(lol). i would say you are not a high elf fan but a lotr fan

i mean its bizarre

the high elves are playable. its all there on the horde. just play it

silvermoon? the crown jewel of the high/blood elves? horde

the farstriders(you know, the ones who fought in wc2?), the famous rangers of the high/blood elves led by an actual ranger general, halduron brightwing, horde

the magisters who first taught humanity magic and are still productive citizens of dalaran. horde

and ofc the paladins, horde

so why do we need to turn void elves into high/blood elves again? if you dont want to be a void elf then what the hell are you playing a void elf for when you can play the actual high/blood elves already

I mean, when you look at it, considering Night Elves were their own playable race, so obviously had a standing army comparable in size to the horde and humans(dwarves and gnomes), you kind of wonder why the night elves were forced into the alliance.
