Personally, just a questline like the black eye questline for the night elves. If a void elf completes this quest they can change they get access to high elf apperances AND the ability to just change their race to high elves(they could have the same racials with arcane looks/name then we can be done with this whole high elf thing).

Sorry, you might not have them unlocked. Here, you can follow this guide to unlock the Blood Elf/High Elf/Void Elf on the Alliance side. You might not be able to have blond hair, but the rest is there for you!
Better yet, the Silver Covenant is an actual Alliance reputation you can work and get exalted with! Hereās that guide, too.
Now youāre a High Elf thatās part of the Silver Covenant! The tools are in the game, you just have to use them.

I play void elves and blood elves they are not what we ask.
Personally i will race change them all to silver covenant high elves once they become playable.

funny considering the alliance elves have been playing second fiddle to humans since Vanilla. Sure we got a little bit of limelight in Legion, but remember that 1 time in MoP when all Tyrande did was show up to help break down a door?
Or how in Cata the main thing the night elves did was have Tyrande and Malfurion get married. Or in BFA, when despite having had their tree burnt down, but most of their standing forces still standing, you see all of 3 night elves in the BFA trailer for 2 seconds and then never see any night elves again.
I mean itās almost like unless youāre human or orc, you donāt really get much of any time actually be at the forefront of events.

why would blizzard skimp on expanding the void theme for the only playable void race? plus you can already play a pure high elf with blood elves

Even the High Elf page on WoWpedia mentions at three different points that High Elves are all but Blood Elves, and mistaken as such. They donāt need a new race added, just a small selection of customizations to Void Elves to have different voices (possibly tied to the language chosen) and a blonde and or white hair optionā¦thatās it really. There really isnāt enough difference there to justify a race sense all points mention that they speak, look, and all but act the same as Blood Elves, itād be much more productive just to allow the factions to cease to exist, since thereās enough overlap in so many races (Blood/Void and High Elves, Pandaren, Goblins lore wise, etc).
I do find it weird how being void infused makes all the void elves sound british.

I used to support high elves but tbh you might as well drop it and just hope for more high elf options on void elves.

yea lets be real all you people care about is playing pretty blood elves in your preferred faction. lets stick to the current script and just spam for void elves to get more blood elf features. because we all know a political blood elf faction that lives in and is pledged to a neutral kingdom is never leaving to join the alliance as a playable AR

You can not. You can play void elf or blood elf, not silver covenant high elves.

At this point the likelihood of high elves for the alliance as itās own race is highly, highly unlikely. Finishing the high elf look with natural hair colors for void elves is probably the closest the alliance will ever have to actual high elves, so itās best to just take what you can get at this point.
