I’m hoping for some additional troubleshooting with a new router. I’m not 100% sure if that’s actually the issue, as I’ve had difficulties with my ISP in the past.
I’ve already gone through the basic troubleshooting available in the support FAQ, but I’m still getting really high spikes of latency while playing WoW and Diablo 4. Our internet connection seems perfectly fine during these spikes, but the frequent hiccups tend to lock up the game to the point where I have to close the programs manually.
