If you ever needed evidence that Blizzard doesnt actually care or check these things. A bug that has been around for years with no fix still effected me today approaching 36 months after the first report and not a single acknowledgement.

Solo hunter
this impacts a few different things.
Cannot get access to dino for taming
Cannot get access to parts and paint for mechanical pet
Cannot access any achievements that might still be available.
transmogs, etc.

I know people maybe didn’t read the other many times this was suggested, but:
This fight was intended for a full raid group. If you kill it too fast the RP script doesn’t receive the cues it needs to advance. They have said over and over they are not going to re-design every old raid for soloing - if we want to solo it we have to deal with how it currently works.
Let the Juggernaut kill the troll NPCs before you engage it. I usually wait for Baine (?) to say “Maybe there is some hope after all” or something like that. Then don’t nuke it, auto attack it a couple times. Gate opens.
If it does not, the workaround is to leave for an hour and come back. I know it sucks. But hopefully the wait is educational.
