I am leveling my alt through the threads of fate direction and the side quest in Maldraxxus “Sure Bet” still shows up on the map as an available quest even though I have finished the whole side quest line over in that area. Just figured ya’ll would like to know to fix it.

Just adding to the conversation that this is still happening. I finished this questline somewhere around level 54 and it is still showing up on my map. I had to go to Wowhead and read comments from other users who were having the same issue to figure it out. I am doing Threads of Fate.
Update. Still happening as of July 18.

As of July 26, the Icon is still bugged. Would not show at all but you can see it on the map, also you have to hover over npc or objects with your mouse to know if there is or to start a quest.
Just wanted to mention as of 9/12/2021 it’s still an issue 
Seems like this issue still exists! Purely visual, but confusing.
