Show who is about to get hit by a hostile cast

In my higher m+ keys some caster mobs are hitting random party members for 400k+.
I’d like an addon or weak aura that shows the progress of a casted ability on party member 1, and same for party2, party3, party4 and me. That way I’d know who to prep heals on.

Does anyone know an addon or weak aura that can help me with this? I’ve tried the “BFADungeonTargetedSpells” weak aura but it does not seem to work for me because I am using shadowed unit frames as my unit frames addon.

Aside from that DBM and BigWigs (LittleWigs in this case) can help.
