Yes. You can do it on any level 70 toon on the alliance or horde. You get the quest in SW (next to the keep) or somewhere in Org (not sure where).

the Org quest giver is on the steps of the big square building in VoH.

The solid red looks more Man’ari than the fel cracked we didnt get until the end of legion.
The fel cracked looked like the fel amateurs that couldn’t handle their fel and were falling apart, while the solid ones looked like genuine leaders and higher ups of the Burning Legion.

I always dreamed of playing an eredar warlock, I mean I definitely like my look but wish blizzard would’ve took the next step & stop being lazy & fix these over proper voice overs, eredar sound intimidating & dark yet I still sound talk, laugh & die like a Draenei, & honestly, why couldn’t we got the extra fel skin tones? The first eredar to of joined the alliance literally had the unique voice acting & skintone (he’ll probably never be seen again) they said they put effort into this but I call BS
