Pet battles have a duel feature, its whats required for the pet battle weekly. IE MMO
Questing requires grouping and even forces you into group instances at time. IE MMO
Farming to sell stuff toâŠother players. IE MMO.

They can get that better gear. Have you tried pvping against someone thatâs in said high level Mythic+/Raid Tier heroic/Mythic gear? The difference is notable to say the least. Anyone who says such gear rewards donât exist, are not doing that content and have zero intent to do that content. I know that content exists. I donât wish to do it. That would require more work/effort than I am willing to pour into this game after 15 years. Iâve gotten too damn old and ran 3 different raid guilds back before cata ever came around on a different account. The reality is, people like that got sick of the grind and drama of others. Some are unwilling to accept that fact and keep making threads like this.

The problem I have with this is since Iâm an extremely filthy casual alts are a huge part of my enjoyment. âThe journeyâ as the main theme is ok once or twice, but doubt that blizz could bake enough content into it ot make It exciting for alt #5+. Unless they remove the end game entirely, leveling will always just be a means to an end, and very few want it to be a never ending slog every time through.
IMO the only way to go back to the classic version of leveling is to would be to start over, and I for one donât want that at all. Thatâs why Iâm not touching classic.
Well as it stands right now if I wanted to get 3-4 BiS pieces for raiding I would have to do World Quests for the Benthic gear.
Clearing Mythic EP gets me
- An Achievement tab telling me I did it
- Transmog that everyone will get later
- A title that everybody will get later
- And no mount
For getting High keys done in Mythic + gets me
- A higher IO score toâŠget invited to more dungeons
- Gear thatâs the same ilvl as a 10
- AndâŠwait thatâs it?!?
The only type of player thatâs getting proper rewards for pushing is PvPers and even I donât want to do that because they continue to ignore us on the Vendors issue. And for the most part, PvE gear has dominated the PvP scene.
Itâs a mess right now. Itâs why I quit and why Iâm playing Classic right now.

No one that Ive seen in here has stated that they want everything in the game without working for it.

Youâre right, thats why I said how the game was designed invalidates guilds which does affect how people interact with eachother and approach content. Itâs almost like I started out with a full idea and weâre here right now because you chose not to read literally any of it.

Provide the source please cause the survey in question was something a redditor âleakedâ and Pc Gamer has been running with it. Blizzard was asked to comment and they said they did not have one.

In a word, No. Every dollar count is most business models now days. Sadly it been right more often than wrong. I hate today business model. But it has to be way better than past ones. Were they polluted the environment with out someone watching over them, exploited workers worse than today, if you can believe that and even worse things.
If you hate rules and regulations. If you great grandparents were alive and told you what it was like in their days. I leave it at that. If you want to know, like i did. Found a rare and old can of beans from 1880, no rust and good shape. I had it tested for giggles. it was not funny.

The only thing that I can say on the matter is that Bellular confirmed it by talking with people he knows at Blizzard. But thatâs just another âtake it with a grain of saltâ type of deal. Weâll know if this is true or not at Blizzcon.

many of us dont WANT to be in your guilds. We WANT to play the game as we have beenâŠtrying to force us into a guild wont get those resultsâŠitâll just make us quitâŠie less sub $$$ to keep your servers up and running.
Are we back to having a discussion again? I absolutely believe getting people into guilds and requiring more group effort for content is a good thing. So many people donât approach content because theyâre intimidated by it and the pug world is an awful place to learn things. Its much more likely for them to quit because they donât feel like they can do anything than to have to make a few new friends and succeed at stuff.
