Ask the OP and you
Iâd rather have freedom than a spectral tiger in a video game but ig it depends on your priorities
well im going to flag this post and mute. its pure troll and racist trolling at that
Thank godâŚ
I studied abroad there for about three years. This was before covid though so idk about lockdown era China.
Because theyâve already set a precedent w/ the free Fel Drake, they should just toss Swift Spectral Tiger into the prize-pool⌠itâs obviously popular and people want it
I bet most folks wouldnât mind tossing out $10 at a random streamer for a shot at the TCG/tiger mount, plus it would boost âviewershipâ numbers in the WoW section of twitch by a lot (the hype effect)
Yeah my ex says itâs rough, and god forbid youâre in a company and someone test positive. theyâll lock down the whole company building.
The suicide rate there now is unbelievable
Everyone already lives in China, some people just donât know it yet.
We had a whole country locked down. It is what it is.
So did they but they are still going Thur it as of nowâŚor are you just being obtuse for no reason
Is it really that surprising considering Tencent pretty much owns activision/blizzard
They own 4.99% of ATVI, and Blizzard isnât even the company that runs WoW in China.
Does Tencent pay you for having a glowing portrait?
Tencent owns everything or at least got their hands in it they know all about you if you use discord how you think discord got so big. China owns everything.
Yep, they are the kings of espionage for a reason
This threadâs going to end well.

Iâm glad I was gud at something. I speak my truth ![]()
How much did Tencent pay you to write that?
I am not the person you are talking to, but no. Telling you the truth about easily located investor information is not a paid position. You should have been able to do that yourself.
Tencent bought out Riot and Grinding Gear Games (Path of Exile).
They invested in ATVI, but hold a minor stake with no influence or position on boards. They own 4.99% total of ATVI stock.
Here, this article covers the basics - it lists every game company Tencent has invested in. It is a bit dated, but accurate as far as I can tell concerning ATVI.
And if you trust Wiki (I am not so sure I do all the time), Tencent will have nothing when the Microsoft sale goes through.
Tencent invested in Activision Blizzard as a minority investor with 5% in 2013, when the holding company bought itself from the Vivendi conglomerate which was part of it since 2008. In 2022, Activision Blizzard was sold to Microsoft and so were the minority shares that Tencent owned for almost 10 years.[206][207]
I am guessing people are mixing that up with NetEase who have been the Chinese distributor and company that runs Blizzard games since the start. Chinese law requires the game to be run by a Chinese company. Blizz has partnered with NetEase for that distribution and such and also for development of Diablo Immortal.
No⌠itâs because the TCG isnât available there. The mounts they get as free are the ones they canât have due to their gaming laws in the country.
Good lord, at least research and learn something before you make a fool out of yourself.
