Should just revert all the changes to AV

So you’re only okay with pug stomping if you’re in the premade, and the other side cannot do it?

AV “premades” were not this at all. First of all they were basically pugs. Second our win rates were literally 50/50

If you want PvP to exist 6 to 12 months from now you’re going to have to concede that horde needs to pay the price for faction stacking SOMEWHERE (for the love of God ANYWHERE).

Guess I started making too much sense and you had to nope out of the convo. I understand, it’s hard to come to terms with the fact that if the PvP you love is going to continue, you’re going to have to pay the price.

I’m not being sarcastic and I actually do appreciate you being somewhat level headed during all of this.

You said you were done with me, and yet…here you are. /shrug.

Thank you, I try to be…it is not always easy.

Something also worth discussing is the fact that Actard gets paid by displacing the problem of faction imbalance onto AV “premades”.

With a large majority of the PvP players being on horde it pays them in the short term to favor horde with their PvP changes because they keep the subs of the Horde PvPer and the Alliance bots and leechers (which is the majority of the ally “PvP community”) while subsequently sidestepping the actual problem (that is much more difficult to fix) which is the massive PvP faction imbalance (I’m talking moreso about numbers than I am racials and map balance and the like).

Sure, for you premades might sound like a great option. But they come bundled with massive downsides that were deemed too bad to keep.

I think it is in Blizzard’s best interest to have a healthy game. I don’t think it makes sense for them to make huge sweeping changes in order to get a few more subs from bots. I think keeping the bots around will end up losing more subs in the long run.

Suggesting that Blizzard really doesn’t have the game’s health as it’s priority doesn’t make much sense from a game or a business point of view.

Player population imbalance is not a problem they can fix. Maybe if they chose not to use cross-server battlegrounds it may have fixed itself. But there is nothing they can do now to fix the imbalance.

They come bundled with short-term downsides but long-term they actually FIX the real imbalances in PvP by putting pressure on the PvP community to even out their numbers. Afterall its on us, the PvPers, to fix the imbalance in OUR community.

Actard doesn’t care about the health of the game. Its been a trend for years now where they rerelease an old game, fire a bunch of support to lower their bottom line so that they can make a bunch of money.

Activision doesn’t care about the health of these games. As a matter of fact, making as much money as they can while also pushing them to failure benefits them as long as it ends at a profit as it lowers the bar for the games they have to release in the future.

It’s all there, you just have to look at the actual effects of their ACTIONS and ignore their words.

If you truly believe a business is not acting in the best interested of its business, then I am not sure what else we can say. Assuming Blizzard is acting in bad-faith is a non-starter for changes.

This problem absolutely needs Blizzards intervention. We cannot rely on the players to solve this problem because the pvp community is very selfish by design. Part of that comes from the honor system itself and part is just human nature.

Posters in here blaming only one faction are delusional and those saying that things are ok with 90-95% faction loss rate shouldn’t even be listened replied to at all. Both factions created this problem.

The Alliance situation will not get any better and Horde wait times will in fact climb and climb. The beating that Alliance are taking now spawned all the bots and afkers and it’s just too late to fix.

The 99%+ horde rate is intended. Well known fact a majority of blizz employees rolled horde

i agree 100%

What prevent the PUG from turning on raid voice comms, and doing most of what the premade did?

I go into BG, i turn on voice, and i am lucky if 1 other person is on it.

I am even luckier if one person reads anything in the raid text

People just dont use it because of how bad the quality was. I think it has improved a bit though

i dont care if you are in 8k mono
i dont need to hear you in 192k ac3 surround to hear RECALL VAN UNDER ATTACK!

Gib 1.5 av.
