Should I level a Monk?

Here’s my thoughts on monks, I am, and levelled 1 to 120 as Brewmaster.

  1. It is slow out of the gate, you hit like a sissy.

  2. At 120 you round up as many mobs as you can get your hands on and aoe them all down you can’t die or even come close.

  3. You are a great tank in raids and ok in dungeons.

Now that you’re a great tank with great gear at 120 you might want to think about gearing up as a mistweaver or windwalker in your off time to add more versatility to your raid roster. That’s the great thing about monks. They can do it all. They just need 3 sets of gear.
