If anyone would accept the Manāari, it would be Velen, based on his storyline in Legion.
But I do laugh at the whole āThey should go Horde!ā because any questionable race automatically gets put onto Horde, because anything interesting has to go Horde.
(And by that I mean anything that the players feel would be interesting automatically gets sorted, by them, to the Horde)

DKs fall under the Ebon Blade but they also essentially take orders from Bolvar the current LK so thatās false.
Player DHās now lead the Illidari and by extension the rest of Illidanās forces.

Being boring and sticking to predefined lore and not expanding on it is a wasted opportunity but if thatās what you wantā¦
They donāt though. One of the first thing Darion says in the class campaign is that theyāre working with him, not for him. Thatās brought up again during the mount quest where Bolvar threatens to take over the Ebon Blade if you die on the glacier where you raise the wyrm. If they were already taking orders from him, thereād be no need to make that threat.
That is correct but you are begrudgingly carrying out the LKās will whether you think you are or not.
Now that might change in Shadowlands since the Helm of Domination is shattered and Bolvar will have no control over the DKās much less the rest of the Scourge.
The Helm on Domination being broken wouldnāt change anything. Thatāll free those that are still literally controlled but, as we agree on, the Ebon Blade isnāt.

No. We would need a third (demon) faction like the vanilla devs originally discussed for that to make any sort of sense. Iām not sure how a pvp faction would work with the sharding and warmode messes the current devs implemented.
I openly support the 3rd evil faction that will house Azshara, Burning Legion and Old Gods and anything else you can throw into the melting pot of evil.

Really!?! You donāt think the Draenei would accept a Demon Hunter back into their society. You just got done fighting along side with them destroying the Legion. 
Weāre talking about Demon Hunters, not Manāari so I donāt understand why people are referring to the Manāari joining Demon Hunters.
if anything, Orcs and Draenei could piggy back off of the existing Demon Hunter intro without having to explain them joining the ranks.
They should have already been there.
I want to see Broken Draenei as a Customization Option for the Draenei.

Not really as a society I donāt think they would accept them. I suppose the same goes for most of the races and how they regard the demon hunters and the death knights already.
Maybe Velen could see past it as individuals forging their own destiny after his chats with Illidan. That is the only reason I think the race and class combination could work (although why they would do that I have no idea still) ā¦ but no I donāt think the Draenei would be accepting towards those who consume demon souls for the same exact power that destroyed so many worlds.
Especially with the legion defeated for the moment, embracing that power now may even be like they are backtracking. Perhaps even be considered disrespectful towards those that ACTUALLY DID sacrifice everything to put a stop to the Legions power.
Draenei do have an awful habit of not learning from their pastā¦ itās something that we see them trying to change when you first make a Draenei. Itās why I would like to start seeing them open up and add more classes that arenāt quite as typical for a Draenei. 
rogue has to be one. Demon hunter would be cool to look at and play with, itās just pretty darn extreme lore wise.
Have to ask the question as of why would there be any reason to subject anybody else to the torture of becoming a demon hunter when the legion isnāt as threatening anyways? Why would anybody become a demon hunter now. 
Even then I see Orc and Draenei demon hunters working better story wise as new trainees than throwing them in with the other demon hunters.
I donāt think Illidan trained any Orcs or Draenei although any race can become one. New story could open up more options than just Draenei and Orc.

Not to mention paladins and priests donāt make so much sense for eredar. And they should also be able to be rogues.
