Should CS using chatpgt be banned?

Or similiar air programs to answer rather than a human who can actually understand information?

Hell at this point chat gpt might be better quality.

Is this where people are confusing templates with chat gpt?

How would you knew the difference? I guess you could try asking chat gpt the same question?

I assume this thread is related to Bellulars video, which seems to imply that blizzard is using some sort of Ai paired with people who don’t play wow and may not even have English as a first language.

So AI isn’t really the problem, it’s the fact that whoever “proofreads,” the Ai answer isn’t able to spot glaringly wrong answers

If I open a ticket or coming I always confuse the ai to make it get a person I hate the ai garbage

oddly enough. AI could construct a more read-able sentence than this.

Banned by… who exactly, in this situation?

Yes AI CS is trash. But who’s gonna do something about it other than choosing to do business with a company that doesn’t do that.

It’s a forum post doesn’t really matter. But when I want a issue resolved dealing with a human is easier than a bot

the company and if not that the govment.

People responding to an inquiry might have some kind of generic or automated response. I don’t have any problem with that.

But if someone uses chatgpt to help them ask a question or report an issue, i have several questions.

lmao, they’re the ones cutting that corner in the first place.

roflmao. Industries with deep pockets will happily bribe that away.

That Bellular video was insane. Fly over the mailbox several times to get BFA rep back? Insane.

Agreed. Templates are a different resource.

Since they don’t use ChatGPT, sure.

There are no real humans in the Blizzard CS department.

They shouldn’t use ChatGPT, but not in the sense that the internet thinks anything where the vibes are off is AI.
