Blue post confirmed anyone who got it during pre-patch will be losing it.

We’re aware of the issue causing some players to incorrectly receive the War Within Season 3 Unbound Hero title. That title is intended for the top 0.1% of rated players in Mythic+. We will correct this, and it may take a few days, but afterward, only players who achieved the required M+ rating before the 12.0.0 patch and the end of the competitive Season will retain the title.
