Should CE being earned in Pre-Patch be removed?

Hello, I understand people have earned the 0.1% mythic plus title from pre-patch of midnight and have now recently got it taken away from them since they did not earn it in season. I feel CE should be treated the same way. I am a 5 time CE raider and I spent a lot of hours to earn those achievements. CE used to mean something and now people who casually raid mythic, went into Mana-forge with the new tuning and stat squish of pre-patch and obliterated the raid since it was poorly scaled. It ruins the prestige of CE and puts it on the level of AoTC. I dont understand why CE was rewarded in midnight’s pre-patch when no other expansion pre-patch has extended seasonal raid achievements. I understand CE is not the same level as mythic keystone hero 0.1% but its the highest level of achievement of raiding outside of HoF (which is a guild achievement, not personal). Just my hot take.

Mythic+

The Mythic+ leaderboards will lock at 10:00 pm PST the night before maintenance in each region—January 19 at 10:00 pm PST for NA / January 20 at 22:00 CET for EU. With the season’s end, ratings that qualify for the 0.1% “the Unbound Hero” title and achievement will be recorded. The title will be rewarded in the following weeks after the season ends.

We’re aware of the issue causing some players to incorrectly receive the War Within Season 3 Unbound Hero title. That title is intended for the top 0.1% of rated players in Mythic+.

We will correct this, and it may take a few days, but afterward, only players who achieved the required M+ rating before the 12.0.0 patch and the end of the competitive Season will retain the title.

I don’t know what your point is. OP wanted the CE achievement removed. The CE achievement was never possible in pre patch. And the M+ one was a bug.
