Yes, that was the last BG added, they could just do the same game mechanic with a different region like a capture flag in another continent…but they don’t do too much new content.
Even pve has less content now, We used to have mini raids with 1-3 bosses and even more dungeons per expansion, now they’re balancing old dungeons for M+ and doing 8 + mega dungeon.

Meanwhile, I haven’t had this much fun in PvP since Legion. My PvP main is a Balance Druid…feels like FotM, but people seem to disagree. Win-rate cannot be denied, though.

I’m saying a large portion of the pvp stats blizz likes to wave around is likely due to its low effort to high reward ratio in terms of gearing alts or players who don’t really engage in the other treadmills, this is evident by the rapidly dropping participation soon after seasons start once people get weapons, chilling around town in the late stages of a season you will see lots of players running around in honor/unranked conquest sets but low bg stats and next to no arena or rated play participation above challenger.
I mean you spend 2 hours in a bg and you can gear a whole char in gear that, when in war mode in old content farming stuff… gives you a fighting chance if someone tries to gank you.
This has been a thing forever, in bc the forums were in fire that seasonal arena gear was better than tier and often required to get invited to a pug Kara, gruul, etc due to this.
I feel the same, but the brackets need to be checked out. No reason people should be queuing into so many gladiators at 1500.

Yeah not sure who is disagreeing with that lmoa boomy is absolutely FOTM.
That’s fine tho, play your class my dude. Fire mage is kinda FOTM atm too, not as much as boomy but it’s popular for sure, but I’ve been playing fire mage since Cataclysm. I’m sure as hell not about to stop playing one of my favorite specs in the game just because a bunch of FOTM rerollers are playing it now.
