Really funny story.
That toon is actually pretty young. I don’t remember exactly what day I made her, but it’s definitely since the start of Dragonflight. I was trying to come up with good names, and was having a terrible time.
My buddy suggested Cat, probably to mess with me, and I typed it in and hit enter without thinking. I was so surprised it was available I just left it!

I guess my only claim to this thread is I once had the name “You” no special characters. She was my very first Gnome. A warrioress of pink hair, spunky attitude and piercings. Sadly a several year hiatus lost me the name due to blizzards policy of “If it’s on an inactive account, we can free it up for you.” at the time.
I also had the name Squibbles for my Blood elf warlock during this time which I had also lost to another warlock for the many years that had passed. The light at the end of the tunnel is I recently managed to reclaim it so I have that working out for me! :>
