My boyfriend and I are trying to upgrade his wow account but the shop wont load on either of our computers. Any known issues going on currently?
None at the moment.
Have you both tried temporarily disabling any anti-virus and/or firewall software active on your systems? Sometimes they can be a little overzealous.

Yea tried that, it’s not working. It’s been several hours and its still just sitting on a blue load screen. He’s tried opening a ticket as well and nothing is working correctly.
If he’s still having trouble loading the shop and navigating the support website then it may indicate an issue at the system or network level. Some additional troubleshooting we would recommend would be trying a different connection type - like pulling up the shop on a mobile device using data instead of wifi.
Or you can try a different browser, clearing the cache/temp files to see if it still occurs there.
