I opened a ticket regarding my streak ending after 7 for the shipping and handling feature in Undermine and was able to speak with a GM. I was very disheartened to be told that the dev team is aware of a bug with shipping & handling, but if enough people don’t report it on forums, it’s not a priority item to fix. I am not able to get access to rewards because of this bug, but I’m still required to pay the same out for my subscription as others who are and maybe they’ll get around to fixing the bug if enough people complain.
I understand that in the grand scheme of things, this is not a big deal. It’s a small portion of the game and I’m fully able to progress and play without having this feature. It’s the principle of the matter that’s really bothering me, though. Hopefully this gets fixed soon so I can get some of the items I was really looking forward to.
