This has happened to me a few times now when doing shipping and handling. When I get the “Roach Problem? No Problem!” task, I can’t pick up the diffuser, either on the car or on foot, and thus can’t complete the job, causing me to have to restart my streak. This isn’t the end of the world but has happened enough for me to bring it up here. I don’t really know what is causing it, and I have done this job successfully at least once, so I’m slightly baffled.

I can’t pick up the packages for Shipping and Handling.
So when I get one of these my job streak ends there.
Seeing as I always get one of them I can’t get a 10/10 job streak. 
currently at 6/10 with a package to pick up
my try before this one was on job 2 so that one I got 1/10.

Same. Still happening in-game to me, too. I can’t pick up that item. Though, oddly, i show 12/20 progress for this ‘job’ during the DRIVE job sequence, or quest chain.

I have this issue too. It started when I was doing the job and decided to quit Shipping & Handling after diffusing 3 of 20 roaches. Now whenever I start Shipping & Handling and this job comes up, it always says 3 of 20 roaches diffused and doesn’t let me pick up the diffuser.
Also, if I cancel the job, the arrow pointing to the diffuser remains, even if I restart the game or take a new Shipping & Handling job. The only way to get it to go away is to take a new job and find the location (with no help from the bugged arrow).
The Shipping & Handling jobs are just broken, as is most of Undermine. The whole expat SUCKS.

Yah I can’t do a single S&H objective either.
Still bugged. I’m 2 out of 20 and cant re pickup the diffuser
I can’t even FIND the diffuser I’m supposed to try and pick up!! It doesn’t appear ANYWHERE on the map, and the arrow just points to an empty spot!!! Blizzard is about to release a new xpat, and I haven’t even finished this one - I still am not getting credit for half the Shipping quests, and I’m not getting credit for a lot of other quests!!!
I found a work around for this one in particular, it takes a few tries of doing the same thing sometimes but it works usually first or second try.
When you get the roach quest go to the diffuser and log off while on top, sometimes you pick it up when you log back in, if you dont pick it up, the circle should have disappeared.
Go to the dornogal portal at 27, 53, teleport to dornogal and take the portal back, all this w/o clocking out, i.e. quitting your job. Go back to the location the arrow points to. circle should be back and you should be able to pick up the blasted thing.
This worked for me so hopefully it works for other people, this also works for the delivery ones btw.
Edit: Forgot to mention this, but this fixed it permanently for me, havent tested it after logging off, but i was able to complete the job after getting it again a few streaks later.

Yet ANOTHER S&H quest THAT IS BROKEN! I’m at the point indicated on the map. I was told to go to The Heaps but I’m in Venturewood. The arrow is pointing to a spot, and if I go to that spot, the arrow turns around and points to another spot a few feet away. If I go to that spot, the arrow rotates again, making the “spot” I’m supposed to go to somewhere in between. But, there’s no yellow circle. No yellow arrow. Nothing happens when I go there… and it’s in Venturewood, not the Heaps. SO TOTALLY BROKEN!!!
