Because it’s already shown that fury will scale to mid tier and S tier with a legendary.
Yet they see this and are still here asking for buffs.
So what is it?

I’m happy with the bug changes, honestly all I wanted.
It’s envy of ret (for some unknown reason they are envious of a worse DPS spec that they refuse to believe is still worse) and feral (legitimate, but buffing warriors isn’t a fix for the dumb buff they gave feral).
They don’t really care about what they are projected to do, they want it now, and who cares about later balance? They DESERVE to be top because they think their non-stackable utility (except the newly buffed shattering throw) means they should be top DPS.
You want to be number 1 on the meters
‐----------------> classic era servers are that way. MC is calling your name.
They buffed your class, and feral. They even said if they have to they may walk back some of the ret buffs if they become OP later. We are playing on the final version of warrior post nerfs from the end of wotlk. Warriors will not reign supreme like they are supposed to in ICC without something giving somewhere.
From last to last
Sims disagree but even if they end up middle of the pack that should be plenty
The glyph for warrior is just hilarious.
It literally does zero for the class. Waste of a hotfix tbh
Id settle for beating out PvP specs and tanks.
Is that too much to ask?
Agreed, still syncs weapon swings, it just doesn’t mean a massive dps loss when it’s used. If they can fix the weapon reset shouldn’t be too bad, it’s a great button for the burst windows.
They said they weren’t buffing fury.
They said fury is scaling how they expected.
They said fury will get better with stronger gear.
Yet here we are.
It makes it not a personal DPS loss to hit a raid DPS cooldown. The effect isn’t huge, but it isn’t nothing, basically equivalent of if a different warrior used shattering throw for you.
Does it? It’s an instant cast with the glyph now, it shouldn’t interact with swings.
They did, it was below arms warrior DPS as our only DPS option. It was really bad.
Don’t worry, there’s literally no sign that will occur.
Unlike warriors, which should be in a much better place as gear continues to improve, especially with these small but non-zero fixes. Warriors aren’t really meant to reign supreme, just be a solid DPS option. They are. I don’t know why reign supreme is the measuring stick that has to be reached.
If they are out there buffing classes because in your opinion “it needed to happen”. Then these changes I’m asking for need to happen.
At least ret was actually a bad spec. Fury isn’t.
Using buffs to a spec that was significantly under you to… Still under you to justify buffs to your spec to the absolute top of the meters is poor logic at best.
Making any changes to the classic version of the game was poor logic at best. Yet here we are.
It behaves the same as heroic throw which resets and syncs your weapon swings.
It’s likely to be a dps increase but just have to wait to see what sims tell us. It’s a big hit, instant and you no longer drop your rage to use it. Coupled with the extra armor reduction it should be an overall increase. One HS missed during the debuff won’t make that much of a difference.
It’s not meant to be a personal dps buff, though it might be however small, but to make our utility not feel disgusting to use.
That happened long before any class/spec received any changes. #nochanges was never real.
Huh, usually it’s specifically the cast time on the ability that does that. I figured that making it instant would get rid of that interaction like it does for other cast time spells made instant.
That part should probably be reported and adjusted if it’s still doing that with the glyph.
If that’s the case heroic throw is bugged but it’s how it behaves on OG iirc. Not a bug it’s a “feature”
Heroic throw looks like it might be coded as a ranged attack given that it lacks the added flags for no block/parry, but fair.
In any case, the instant part allows warriors to basically remove the DPS loss on shattering throw by timing it with the swing timer so the reset doesn’t matter much (although the weapon sync is still a thing)
At best it’s 1 heroic strike you miss when you desync. Not a big deal. Should be a slight increase to a big increase depending if it lines up with a big mechanic
