I could’ve SWORN it was at one point? 
Maybe when I was on the PTR?
If such is the case, then it’s really weird they’d remove it.
Alas, perhaps I’m simply misremembering – or maybe used the pickpocket illusion glyph on such an orc & rolled with it for a long while on my rogue lol
