Shapeshift on key bar causes toggling

If you mean that it’s making you change shape constantly, it’s currently a bugged interaction with Hold to Cast. Disabling that option should stop your constant shifting.

Druid automatically shapeshifting

After doing a bit of testing, press and hold casting will continuously cast from the hotbar that initially triggered the shapeshift, even if you let go of the key or then turn press and hold casting off. Only way I could get it to stop was to alt tab, or to remove the shapeshift keybind from the hotbar (pressing the key again while the original hotbar is displayed may also work).
