Oh for sure, I think they’ve said in the past that a lot of shop cosmetics and other random stuff (especially Trading Post) are just from devs messing around in their free time.

So this mount yesterday, and we’re due for an updated 6 month subscription mount as well. Usually updates Mid January for Lunar New Year and early July as it’s 6 months later.

I think Blizzard may have backed away from making another set of Delve-exclusive mounts because a lot of people weren’t fans of the TWW ones.
Personally, I liked them. I still use my Delver’s Gob-Trotter Schematic: Gold that I earned from defeating Underpin ??. I was disappointed that I missed out on the Delver’s Dirigible Schematic: Void because my PC was having hardware problems during that season. I eventually came back and defeated Zekvir ?? after fixing my computer, but by then I had already missed the reward.
Midnight Delves still have mount rewards, just in a different form. You can buy the Elven Arcane Guardian from the Undercoin vendor, and the Arcanovoid Construct is rewarded for defeating Nullaeus ??.
I was fully hoping that the Elven golem would be as customizable as the TWW Delve mounts.
For what it’s worth, you can apparently still get the customizations from ?? difficulty, they just got reduced to a 1% drop chance after their respective seasons ended.
We get the privilege of paying for it now…

That’s fair! Although I’m still not doing Ky’veza because I’m pretty sure she still one-shots even at 90 and I’m too slow to do her mechanics. 
Are all customizations available immediately?
It’s $30, which is two tokens, so if you’re willing to buy it with gold, you’re not stuck with $5 of BNet balance that you can’t use.

I might consider paying money for a set of druid lunarwing recolors that matched the Balance of Power colors.

….Now if they want to sell a recolor of the Mage Book mount, I’d buy it.
looks meh like most store mounts tbh but there are usually suckers who will pay for this kinda stuff
more customization options could have been put in game as rewards and added to the DF mounts that exist already but nope, cashstore it bc you are losing subs with the bad game design in midnight
