Rogues & Warlocks aren’t real tanks. They’re for pugs and these small groups.
I will be sad if we see 40-man raids where Rogue tanks actually do something better than Warriors.
Honestly let shaman languish a bit longer. All of the Brain dead ret rerollers are filtering slowly out of the discord, soon we won’t have dumb fotm questions getting in the way of real high iq big brain discussion.
RB Nerf seems a bit much. And the WoE change is just plain stupid.
What’s next. Are they going to require HoR rune to have a shield? Will they force Warriors to use a Shield for defensive stance to work?
((Ya, it’s hyperbolic/strawman. But it highlights the stupidity of WoE change. The other ‘non-bear’ tanks get to benefit from their Tanking toolkit while not using a shield.))
Just want to pop in this thread and tell all the (bad) Shamans, enjoy being in line – whooped a bunch of you yesterday in 1v1’s and you could almost feel the bitterness through the screen each interaction, where their DMG just wasn’t THERE, you know – like they couldn’t two shot and then immediately flopped.

Yesterday was great. And they got Meta Warlocks, too and priests know they’re next (again).
It was pretty evident that the team has no idea how to balance runes around class kits when hunters got hit with 13 nerfs in p1.
Not exactly, rockbiter has threat modifiers as well as earth shock. Also at this point you get zero sympathy. Shaman can rot.
Its called wanting to hold threat

Rockbiter being a shield enchant makes sense.
Im not even sure if the spagetti code could handle it… but a shield imbue really would have been the perfect fix.

as a paladin imagine you had no mana because no one healed you. Thats the new shaman, have to use mana to hold threat but dont have enough mana regen to use any of your moves.
You guys were too out with your power on phase 2 and need to learn how to low key it to keep buffs.
You have instant aoe heals now. You are top parsers. And you think that tanking in mail past 40 was gonna work too?
They gave you horde a power spike because you couldn’t get through gnomer without it.
so… where in that post did he say we were fine and balanced? Maybe im blind but what i see is “we are going to be easier to kill” and spriests were crying. Nothing about us being fine and balanced
