If there were true end-game 5 man content in classic, Shaman would probably be a top tier 5 man class.

Paladin is a pretty good support class. Lots of utility there. Raid wide mitigation, Freedom, BOP, Judgements, Replenishment, Auras, a variety of buffs, etc. Just because they also happen to be great tanks, healers, and DPS doesn’t mean they don’t support the raid.
Blessing of Salvation was so good they just baked it into the tank stances (all tank stances have a hidden x1.43 modifier, which effectively is a 30% threat reduction for everyone else)
Be a leader, not a sheep.
TBC was not the same every 4 ret+war+rogue would need an enhance or at least a resto. I would prob make if they did a vanilla with tbc talents or tbc plus a shaman enhance. They were in tbc, despite at times not doing as much dps as pure dps classes which couldn’t do as much if they didn’t have wf.
buff our survivability, give us totemic projection, or change our tier set bonus. it is omega grief to make us use our only defensive as an offensive attack.

This please this, give us the cata bullsh*t buff everyone else seems to be getting to AT LEAST let our fire ele be the point of fire nova instead of the actual totem, its so grief.
Only class that needs to pre-proc and hit a 2 sec window for fire ele which can still die on pull making you a non factor dps wise coupled with a terrible invert for our tier sets, blizzard

I mean, it’s 14th from the top and 10th from the bottom (glad doesn’t count). If you reasonably also exclude Blood DK, Frost Mage, and Sub Rogue it’s…at least much nearer the bottom than the top, both in rank and in absolute score.
They were overrepresented, yes, bc Hero/lust was basically mandatory and certain totems were strong across the board and party-only.
Does wotlk sham even bring a single good pve buff, besides lust and spell haste totem? i must be wrong, right?

I would love to see them carry it on, but historically raiders don’t like other people having things I imagine this wouldn’t be appreciated.
Enhance and ele haven’t been bottom of the meters at all for the first 3 phases lol
Uhh boomkin was definitely not busted in Ulduar. Bottom half of specs on a lot of the fights.
TBH, if hunters can get trap launcher… yeah.
