I see you have a very loose definition of “perma”.

You mean “perma” as long as you literally frost shock on CD without wasting a single GCD on doing something else, since the duration and CD are essentially the same? And for a very GCD locked spec like enhance is in arena a lot of the time, having to spam your slow every handful of GCDs is a horrible thing. Mind you, if youre trying to close the gap with a ranged whose 30 yards away and you have no spirit walk(which can just be rooted/slowed after you pop it anyway), youre never going to catch them just by spamming frost shock while they also slow you, you need to be getting into ghost wolf…the only problem with that is since its on the GCD and you have to break form to frost shock, you even further limit the GCDs and time available to you before needing to frost shock AGAIN to maintain your slow. Not to mention, youre allowing yourself to be slowed and losing some ground by having to leave ghost wolf to frost shock then wait for the GCD and reenter it.

Its a horribly limiting and clunky as hell (as well as relatively slow) way to try to get to a target and maintain uptime.

Wind Wall Totem - 1 min cd

  • summon an air totem that creates an impenetrable wall of wind that rushes out in all directions knocking enemies back. Pulses every 2 seconds last for 6 seconds.

I agree on more counter mobility as I feel shaman is a reactionary class meant to adapt to what’s happening with it’s large toolkit.

I’ts is true that our lack of mobility is big. Our only choice for a gap closer is Feral Lunge, wich would take up nature’s guardian, one of our few defenses on an already squishy class.

Maybe Spirit walk should work in a similar way to ghost wolf, where we can’t be slowed below the bonus. It’s just sad how with all the slows in the game, Spirit walk is mostly a root breaker lol.

Someone suggested that spirit wolf should break roots and snares like the druids transformations, and that sounds good and fits with the idea of the spell.
And well, talking about the ghost wolf, being such an iconic shaman spell, we should be abble to do some stuff while on it. Idk, perhaps shocks or totems?

i love how its called “ghost” wolf yet doesnt do anything other then keep us at 100% movement speed . . . let us resist spells or attacks or something more useful.
