ive tried both ele and enhancement. both specs suck. both hero talent setups suck. both are extremely squishy, and in my experience trying to solo mobs in midnight has been very stressful. im eating 40k crits from regular mobs, barely surviving encounters with more than 1 mob sometimes because im just so squishy. astral shift barely helps. healing surge sucks terribly, and a fully stacked instant cast one will MAYBE heal you 20% of your hp if it crits.
like both specs, they both feel fun and active to play, but you’re doing 0 damage, and get ripped through like tissue paper unless you pop EVERY CD EVERY FIGHT. ive been spamming heroics and its really disheartening to know that the only way i can be competitive at dps is in these tight 1 minute burst windows where i pop my CDs.
its also extremely frustrating to watch other people chainpull 15 mobs and solo all of them, only for me to struggle with 1 or 2, let alone a prey ambush happening during that
