Because it literally doesn’t have to deal with the complexity you’re speaking of. Only Slayer does. You don’t need to simultaneously juggle Jugg and ColDmg in M+ unless you go Slayer, which is a hefty loss.

And, I suspect if you played more specs, you’d find it nothing beyond the pale. It’s not at such a high level of complexity, let alone relative to other specs, that it needed to prune even gameplay-affecting options.

Mate, Slayer is behind Colossus in M+, period. My Jugg uptime and SD usage was just fine.

Literally wasn’t logging for publication what was, again, a purely “out-of-curiosity” run. Was simply looking at Details buff elapses.
That said, if you have evidence of Slayer being just as competitive in M+ as Colossus so long as Jugg and MoE are well-handled, though, that wouldn’t even require any particular player obsessively publishing their shiz-n-giggles dungeons. So feel free to link those?
