The trouble is RMT is so deeply rooted into the game that anyone could be carrying laundered money, and all it takes is for you to receive it and (from what’s been implied) you can be banned. This isn’t a GDKP specific thing, but at least it sounds like they’re directly going for the gold itself.

That would be because the automated system is telling you that someone got warned or squelched from en-masse abuse of the report system.
It does not mean they’ve had actions against their account. If an automated mail system is all you need to validate your dogmatic bullying of players that Blizzard says aren’t breaking any rules, you’re beyond reason and rationality.
