So they’re giving Shamans what looks to be WoD class design? I’m happy for all those that wanted it. Hopefully this means that they’re willing to overhaul Shadow too…
They might, but for purely selfish reasons I hope they do it within VF, I love VF
I don’t know why they haven’t made it a glyph yet. Most boomkins are not owlkins anymore.
For me also! In WoD all specs were fun. Holy was a competitive healer, Discipline was a bubble machine (so fun) and Shadow melted faces again in pvp. I didn’t know at the time how good we had it.
I miss my garrison too.

The redesign to SP ruined the fun of this game imo.
I have been trying different classes over the years since and have even taken a 2 year break from the game.
Not much to say, was hoping to come back for SL expecting a better spec by now… Uhz, it seems the same. Disgusting design that was fun for a week in pre-patch. Looking to find fun in another spec, going to see how that goes.

I gave up on Shadow Priest after they changed it to what it is now. It used to be my main, from the end of BC all the way through what little of Warlords I did play.
I want old Shadow back. This void form nonsense needs to go.

They are not fixing Shadow Priests ever. It gameplay / class design has been very bad since MoP. its not fun to play, its dps loss to its healing specs in burst fights like brawlers guild

But its our job to be vocal about it and continue to be even when our voices seem to be not listened too.

Ive made so many posts on Survival hunters, class went down hill when they made it melee and the only spec out of the 3 to be good enough for pvp, but barely, the other 2 specs are completely trash, just like Shadow tho, class is always trailing behind every other classes greatness

With the sad state shadow has been in and seems to be going forward maybe they should make it pet class…their current rendition seems to be having lots of issues and player dislikes. I more less a jest though…
It’s pretty bad when one of your healing specs feels better to dps in than your one dps spec.

so if we ask for orbs we are asking to be warlocks but having a pet is not asking to be a warlock?..just turn the spec into a builder spender with orbs. Blizz can even call them insanity orbs or Void orbs and give us MoP/WoD Devouring plague but rename it to Entropic Void.

It’s unfortunate, the state of shadow. I really liked my shadow priest, but she’s just not fun to play…

With how easy it will be for players to lvl in Shadowlands, and it’s Alt friendliness. Blizzard is really going to be messing up once people just play their fotm alts until imbalances like these are fixed.
I’m glad to hear it’s alt friendly. I have so many freaking characters…
