My alt is level 38 and I heal with shadowmend it and sometimes doesn’t scale down. I’ve killed tanks and dps thus getting kicked from the group because you guys won’t fix it.
I know this isn’t bug support forum however it’s been reported since July and nothing has been done.
When you have shadowmend do 166 damage per second on a level 13 who has 880 hp they’re not going to survive.
