What % of PvP players were orc before they nerfed it

50% of the horde was orc prior to things like cross faction grouping and more race/class combos. Of the classes that could actually be orc at the time, that number was 90%.

Orc racial nerf when?

at the very least you would be plugging in horde only to get 50%, but that’s watered down by classes that can’t be orc. If you look at individual classes that can be orc, all of them are ~90% orc with the exception of mage at 65%.
