It was, by far, the worst addition ever made to WoW’s setting and mythology. It sucked for RPers, both in terms of accessibility to the expansion and tying character concepts into the new and frankly extremely dreary and underwhelming afterlife concept. That isn’t a huge concern for most people, of course, but it’s why I didn’t like it.
