The only way WoW can be saved now is if Thrall wakes up in his bed in 10.0 and is all “Wow, that was a crazy dream.” and we just forget the last two expansions happened.

well the torghast bit was legit. based on alpha play. I am told it was fun then.
what got dropped in retail was not that. we got a basically fotm required setup that killed most of the fun reported in alpha.
run the right class/specs or suffer. for those into class/spec fantasy…not good that. If they wanted to be a tank…they’d be a tank kind of thing. why some choose the non tank spec if class has the option.

example. Slow day and some lost ark burnout ( i don’t power play Like I sued to lol) I said lets rocket hunt.
9 chars selected so far. only 1 was in SLAND content. This one in fact. I logged her at fae HQ last time used.
other 8…dalaran was where I woke them up. wrath or legion. You see…90% of my time is not in SL content. I see the pvp vendors for upgrades. that and some callings for gold is the 10%.
legacy or pvp is where I make a home really. I sub to play the rest of wow at this point. not…shadowlands.
If pvp vendors in SW/org or some other area I’d not even be in oribos.
for some the strength of wow and why we stay has nothing to do with SL.
Its like me in fallout 4. I personally hate far harbor dlc/expac. I don’t play fallout for it. That little japanese girl…stays on that island unfound. I don’t even take the boat to the place.
Now nuka world…that I do like. it is home for me.
Now BGS’ sales data will say it was a success. Far harbour sold well. Not really in my case. I got far harbor in the GOTY load. I bought because I had to lol. it was there.
