Also would be nice for jewelcutters to make some more gold of gems. I am just selling them for raw gold at this point since the demand got drastically lowered.
Itās still the best gear if you can do it. Easy with a second account and a toon of the right level whoās in TBC Chromie time.
gl with that, Blizzard nerfed JCs there like they nerfed profs from creating good weapons.
We can still craft legendaries but those gems from prospecting are just sitting at my bank selling for negative profit -.-
with any luck 10.0 will fix professions to where theyāre great again, until then thatās tough but nothing can be done about it.
They can add a socket item for season 3 with cosmic flux. I would greatly appreciate that.

I hope they will because doing 8 dungeons a week on each character is a very annoying way to get a guarenteed socket. On top of it being a bad rng situation.

Or you could just learn how to play properly and beat it without all the silly gearing nonsense. Biceppumps, who writes the dps dk guides, posted a video clearing the MT on literal trial characters still wearing the greens you start in using just food and flasks.
Iām curious how the frost mage tower challenge is going to go after they gutted frost orb blizzard mechanics. Thatās pretty much necessary for the challenge

I could never do it on any of my characters, so Iām sure I canāt now. At least I did not pay some third party to log into my account!

I might be late but I want to highlight how good a decision it has been to make MT permanent. I came back to WoW SL due to the initial announcement back in September of the return of MT, and all I wanted was to get the guardian bear form. I managed to get it done as well as the fury warrior and then ended up playing SL content again.
Originally it felt really bad knowning that I had 2 weeks to get it done especially after coming back from a break and being a bit rusty, and I remember a lot of salty posts for when the MT closed after the first round.
This time around, MT has reopened permanently and I was able to finish the challenges to get the book mount on my own time. I M+ and raid this season so if it had been another 1-2 week of MT being opened I probably would of missed it due to focusing on gearing up my main and alts for current content.
It just feels much better knowing I could go whenever I felt like it, and I have to say, for some of these challenges you have to work up the nerve to tackle them, not like āoh crap MT is open I HAVE to do it otherwise I gotta wait another 6 months if I want to try it againāā¦ I feel it was unhealthy how on top of current content we would have this very tight, tough and timed event which more often than not induced a lot of stress (and dopamine) for those trying and completing the challenges.
Anyhow, I had to dust off specs I had not played in 2+ expacs to finally get the book mount so again, (I mean hell, I even LEARNED for the first time how to heal, and now I kind of like it) knowing I had the time to dust them off and practice felt so much better than the first time MT came back.
So yeah, do this more. Allow us to do the content we want to do when we want to do it.
