Did our 3 soulbinds from the respective covenants gain all of our memories? Would this continue into the future or stop at the point of our bond? Is it able to be undone or are we forever tied to them?
I’m sure Blizzard didn’t intend for it to be much outside of gameplay, it was just an interesting thing I thought about when going back to the expansion on an alt.

It is… interesting, isn’t it? Soulbinding is presented as an incredibly intimate relationship in the couple of cases where it’s entirely between NPCs, but for players it’s mostly mechanical.
Imagine if in Midnight you have to marry either Arator or Liadrin to proceed the story and it’s just never brought up again afterwards. You just have a low-key canon spouse that nobody ever talks about.
I hope not otherwise Merileth is getting hours and hours of me killing boars and what not, gathering poop, and doing stupid emotes for other NPCs.
The true horror is if this is how soulbinds works and you’re bound to someone who frequents Goldshire
Makes you wonder if you are still soulbound to Pelagos after he became the Arbiter if you chose Kyrian, from a lore perspective that is.
